For the first time in Ventura's cultural history, plans are underway to create a center for the Arts in Ventura's Downtown Cultural District. You can be a part of this future by becoming a Member of the "Supporters for a Center for the Arts." In addition, Contributing Members will receive these valuable benefits during the year 2003*:

• A "2 for 1" opportunity to purchase two tickets for the price of one to any one of the performances of participating nonprofit Performing Arts Organizations listed in this website (Not applicable to Season ticket purchases.) Save more than the price of your Membership on a 2 for 1 purchase to one of the performances.
• Opportunity to sample a performance of an art form you have not experienced before--at a discount!
• A Contributing Member discount available on various offerings by the Visual Arts Organizations listed in this website.
• Members will be invited to join in discussion meetings to be held to receive your input on this exciting project.

The "Supporters", administered by the nonprofit SBFA, is a coalition of advocates for Ventura's Center for the Arts project. The membership fees are used solely for educating our community about this project, and for the promotion of the arts in Ventura.
